FAQ

HOW FAR DO YOU TRAVEL/WHAT IS YOUR TRAVEL FEE?

Travel radius is within 40 Miles of Mooresville, NC. Additional mileage will be invoiced for $0.67 per mile driven outside of the 40-mile radius.

WHAT IS YOUR PROCESS?

After completing the booking form, you will receive a confirmation. You will be given the option to schedule a 15-minute pre-service consultation with your media specialist. You will also be given a photo Ready Guide to help you prepare your listing for photography/videography. The day-of your service, your media specialist will arrive at the time your booking was confirmed. Your media assets will be delivered within 48-72 hours following your service date. (Videography may take up to 72 hours due to editing).

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY?

If you would like to cancel your requested service the date of your service, your $150 retainer will NOT be refundable. Please contact your media specialist directly to cancel. If you would like to reschedule your requested service, please contact your media specialist directly. If rescheduled the day-of your requested service, you will be invoiced an additional $150 retainer to secure a new date.
